Questionnaire Data: We collect responses from questionnaires you complete regarding your data privacy preferences and online activities. This data helps us determine which data brokers you may be more vulnerable to and tailor our deletion requests accordingly. We recommend that you do not request deletion of your questionnaire data until you are completely done using our Services.

For cancelled accounts, we keep data for 90 days to allow request tracking, then permanently delete all personal information. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.

For Family plans, parents or guardians are responsible for managing their children's accounts and providing consent for data processing.

As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine The Light" Law)
You have the right to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
CCPA Privacy Notice
PrivGuard collects and shares your personal information for the purposes described in this privacy notice. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
