2. AI-Driven Analysis: Our proprietary algorithm analyzes your responses to identify which data brokers are most likely to have your information.
3. Priority Scoring: Each broker is assigned a relevance score and priority level (HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW) based on your specific profile.
4. Automated Email Generation: We automatically generate personalized deletion request emails tailored to each broker's requirements.
5. Email Delivery: Deletion requests are sent via email to the identified data brokers on your behalf.
6. Tracking & Monitoring: We track the status of each request and provide follow-up communications as needed.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

For Family Plans: Parents or guardians must manage accounts for users under 16 and provide consent.

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly allow use by children under 13.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate, current, and complete information for account creation and deletion requests
Use the Service solely for legitimate data deletion purposes
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and enable two-factor authentication when available
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at support@privguard.dev
Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
Not delete questionnaire data until you are completely done using our Service, as it is essential for accurate request tailoring

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading deletion requests
Harass, spam, or send excessive requests to companies
Attempt to bypass, hack, or interfere with the Service's functionality or security
Access, use, or disclose another user's account or data without authorization
Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or disrupts the Service

6. Account and Subscription

Account Creation

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Third-Party Logins

Currently, you may register or log in using your Google account. In the future, we may add support for Microsoft and Facebook logins.

Subscription Fees

Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold PrivGuard, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@privguard.dev.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or for any other reason, with reasonable notice where feasible.

Post-Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain request-related data for 90 days to complete tracking and follow-up, after which personal data will be deleted, unless required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
